Korporacija 'Monsanto' predstavlja golemu prijetnju za budućnost našeg planeta

 
 
U subotu 23. svibnja 2015. održan je masovni, globalni prosvjed protiv biotehnološke i kemijske korporacije 'Monsanto': u 38 država diljem svijeta i 428 gradova ljudi su protestirali protiv genetski modificiranih organizama i kemijskih tvari, od kojih su najpoznatiji glifozat i „Agent Orange.“ Ljudi su protestirali u velegradovima poput New Yorka, Londona, Berlina i Pariza, protestirali su diljem Južne Amerike, Azije i Indije protiv 'Monsanta' iz više razloga: Monsanto je korporacija čiji model poslovanja se temelji na trovanju ljudi diljem svijeta, uništenju agro-ekosustava i ekosustava, monopolizaciji u proizvodnji i opskrbi sjemenskim materijalom kao i angažiranjem vojno osposobljenih ljudi i ubojica koji kao likovi iz nekog trilera napadaju svakoga tko se suprotstavi monsantovom načinu poslovanja i stvaranju profita.

Prosvjednici diljem svijeta zauzeli su ulice velikih gradova zahtijevajući označavanje svih prehrambenih proizvoda koji sadrže GMO te zabranu herbicida glifozata („Roundup“) kojeg su nedavno Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) i Međunarodna agencija za istraživanje karcinoma (IARC) označili kao kemijsku tvar koja „vjerojato uzrokuje karcinom“. Međutim, vodeći svjetski mediji ('mainstream' mediji) odbili su pratiti i izvještavati javnost o ovom globalnom maršu protiv 'Monsanta' jer ne žele prikazati i priznati da svijest ljudi o štetnosti GMO-a i glifozata sve više raste te da su ljudi sve više svijesni kako korporacija 'Monsanto' predstavlja golemu prijetnju za budućnost našeg planeta. Nažalost, jedan od uglednih i cijenjenih časopisa „National Geographic“ sada je postao „produžena ruka“ Monsanta jednako kao i drugi poznati mediji (npr. Washington Post). Činjenica je da samo neovisni mediji progovaraju o istini kada je u pitanju korporacija Monsanto, GMO i glifozat.
 
Herbicid glifozat (ili glifosat) sada je konačno označen kao vjerojatna karcinogena tvar, dok znanstvenici diljem svijeta dokazuju da je upravo ovaj herbicid glavni krivac za drastično povećanje oboljelih od karcinoma te pojavu tumora kod životinja što je dokazao i francuski znanstvenik dr. Seralini. Dr. Stephanie Seneff, znanstvenica s najpoznatijeg svjetskog znanstvenog instituta MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) upozorava da je glifozat povezan s drastičnim porastom AUTIZMA kod djece: „Suočavamo se s epidemijom autizma koja bi mogla rezultirati da u sljedećih deset godina 50% sve djece bude autistično.“ Dr. Seneff je početkom siječnja 2015. u Grotonu, Massachusetts, održala tzv. panel prezentaciju u kojoj je posebno izdvojila štetno djelovanje monsantovog herbicida glifozata (poznatijeg na tržištu kao „Roundup“) kojeg smatra glavnim uzročnikom eskalirajućeg broja autistične djece te drugih neuroloških poremećaja.
 
Herbicid „Roundup“ imao je ograničenu primjenu kada se pojavio 1970-ih godina prošlog stoljeća – tada se koristio samo u svrhu suzbijanja korova budući da UBIJA biljke. Međutim, sada se glifozat redovno koristi u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji na usjevima, a pojava genetski modificiranih kultura otpornih na glifozat (npr. kukuruz, soja i dr.) dramatično je povećala primjenu ovog herbicida u poljoprivredi. Tako se pšenica danas diljem svijeta u pravilu tretira glifozatom neposredno prije žetve – stoga 'kruh naš svagdanji' je postao siguran izvor rezidua ove toksične kemijske tvari koja sigurno truje naš organizam. Joel Ransom, agronom državnog sveučilišta u Sjevernoj Dakoti (North Dakota State University) izvjestio je u veljači američko Vijeće za kvalitetu pšenice da su u testiranim uzorcima pšeničnog brašna iz SAD-a i Kanade pronađene rezidue glifozata. Američka Agencija za zaštitu okoliša (EPA) potvrdila je za Reuters da će prehrambene proizvode vjerojatno početi testirati na rezidue glifozata radi zabrinutosti potrošača o mogućoj štetnosti glifozata na ljudsko zdravlje. Slična najava stigla je i iz „Health Canada.“ Nadalje, brojni prehrambeni proizvodi koji sadrže kukuruzni sirup, uključujući i bezalkoholna pića, također su izvor rezidua toksičnog glifozata.

Naravno, rezidue glifozata ne nalazimo samo u svježoj hrani, već i u brojnim proizvodima prehrambene industrije kao što su: keksi, čips, kruh i peciva, žitarice za doručak, lazanje, pizza, te brojni drugi proizvodi koji sadrže pšenicu, kukuruz ili soju ili pak njihove prerađevine. Rezidue glifozata dokazane su i u mlijeku i mesu životinja itd. Dr. Seneff također je provela znanstvene studije te dokazala da glifozat posebno negativno i štetno djeluje na dobre, korisne bakterije u našem gastrointestinalnom sustavu, točnije u crijevu, te uzrokuje zabrinjavajući nedostatak esencijalnih aminokiselina. Naime, glifozat vrlo štetno djeluje na tzv. šikimi ciklus. 'Monsanto' tvrdi kako je glifozat siguran za čovjeka jer ljudi nemaju šikimi ciklus. To je točno. Međutim, bakterije kao i dobre crijevne bakterije imaju šikimi ciklus. Stoga glifozat kao toksična kemijska tvar utječe na biokemiju bakterija u humanom gastrointestinalnom sustavu s vrlo ozbiljnim posljedicama. Trenutno se najviše istražuje VEZA između funkcije dobrih crijevnih bakterija s neurološkim funkcijama, odnosno povezanost ozbiljno oštećene funkcije dobrih crijevnih bakterija s neurološkim promjenama i poremećajima. Prema brojnim znanstvenim istraživanjima glifozat doprinosi znatnom smanjenju esencijalnih aminokiselina u organizmu, u prvo redu to se odnosi na tirozin, triptofan i fenilalanin, što dalje doprinosi pojavi i daljnjem razvoju pretilosti, depresije, autizma, upalne bolesti crijeva, te Alzheimerove i Parkinsonove bolesti. Stopa autizma 1970-ih godina bila je niska – jedno autistično dijete na 2000, a sada se ta stopa drastično povećala pa je jedno dijete od njih 68 autistično. S druge pak strane, Alzheimerova bolest postala je kod starije populacije gotovo uobičajena. Dr. Seneff upozorava da ovako visoka stopa autizma i Alzheimerove bolesti predstavlja golemi rizik za ljudsku vrstu. No, postoje i oni koji su otišli još dalje pa tvrde da se radi o 'projektu.' Tako dr. Rima Laibow smatra da iza ovakve raširene i masovne primjene glifozata postoji namjera negativnog djelovanja na sivu moždanu tvar te vjeruje da također postoji namjera stvaranja jedne određene klase autističnih individua koji će biti sposobni samo za obavljanje određenih vrsta poslova. 
 
Prije nešto više od tri godine, tj. početkom travnja 2012. časopis za Neurotoksikologiju i teratologiju potvrdio je povezanost aktivnog sastojka u herbicidu „Roundup“ a to je glifozat, s neurodegenerativnim promjenama kao što su Parkinsonova bolest i parkinsonizam. Glifozat je potvrđen kao jedan od glavnih faktora u nastanku i razvoju Parkinsonove bolesti.

Herbicid „Roundup“ postao je ubikvitaran kontaminant, tj. nalazimo ga u zraku koji udišemo, u kiši, pitkoj vodi, podzemnim vodama i u našoj svakodnevnoj hrani. Stoga je gotovo nemoguće danas izbjeći kontakt s ovom toksičnom tvari. Iako je „Monsanto“ tvrdio (i još tvrdi) da je glifozat jednako siguran kao i kuhinjska sol, sve je više znanstvenih dokaza da je on štetan za ljudsko zdravlje kao i za zdravlje životinja i okoliša, sve je više dokaza da je toksičan za humanu DNK. Tome u prilog govore i znanstvene studije provedene kod radnika u kemijskoj industriji koji rade u pogonu za proizvodnju glifozata. Postoji ne mali broj znanstvenih studija koje dokazuju povezanost kroničnog, profesionalnog kontakta s glifozatom i razvojem parkinsonizma. 
 
Provedene su studije i na životinjama gdje je dokazano da glifozat uzrokuje neurodegeneraciju kod crva oblića (nematoda) te oštećenje mozga kod štakora i to u području tzv. crne substance (lat. substantio nigra) u kojoj se nalazi najveća koncentracija stanica koje proizvode dopamin, a to je upravo primarno mjesto neurološkog oštećenja kod Parkinsonove bolesti. Kada su IARC i WHO objavili da je herbicid glifozat uvršten u skupinu vjerojatnih karcinogenih tvari, ministri zaštite potrošača svih njemačkih država odmah su reagirali i svi su bili ujedinjeni u zahtjevu da federalna Vlada Njemačke zabrani glifozat, te su isti zahtjev uputili i Europskoj uniji, koja je svojevremeno odobrila glifozat ali njegova licenca ističe krajem 2015. Na žalost, u Hrvatskoj je svaka reakcija izostala.

Očekivano loše posljedice po obrazovni sustav

Poštovana gospođo predsjednice Republike Hrvatske,
obraćamo Vam se sa željom  kako bismo Vas informirali o, manje više iz medija poznatom, projektu aktualne vlasti u području sustava naobrazbe tzv. kurikularnoj reformi. S obzirom da je prošli četvrtak, 21. svibnja 2015., u organizaciji Hrvatskog fizikalnog društva (HFD) održan sastanak Nastavne sekcije istog, a na koju je bio pozvan gospodin Boris Jokić, voditelj tzv. ekspertnog tima za provođenje kurikularne reforme, na kojem su na svjetlo dana izašle sve manjkavosti, kontradiktornosti, pa čak i apsurdnosti priče o kurikularnoj reformi kao tobožnjeg velikog poduhvata za spas hrvatskog školstva, kao i popratna demagogija, odlučili smo obratiti Vam se.

Konkretno:
1. Na spomenutom sastanku nastavne sekcije HFD-a, u nazočnosti stotinjak prosvjetnih djelatnika, gospodin Jokić nije nas ni najmanje uvjerio da njihova kurikularna reforma rješava i jedan od ozbiljnih problema hrvatskog obrazovnog sustava. Dapače, potvrđeno je samo da se radi o svojevrsnom lutanju, uz potpuno zanemarivanje ranijeg rada na kurikularnoj reformi 2003.-2006. (ali koja nije bila sadašnjeg ideološkog naboja koji nameće dr. Jokić).                
 
2. U raspravi je također bilo evidentno da tim gospodina Jokića zapravo namjerava realizirati 8 od 20 točaka iz programa HNOS (Hrvatski nacionalni obrazovni standard) koji se je razvijao 2003.-2007. tijekom vlade HDZ-a, ali sada bi čitav rad počinjao iznova, potpuno zanemarujući tada postignute rezultate, uz ekspertni tim koji nema potrebne kompetencije, ali je ideološki homogen. Pritom najviše zabrinjava najgore što u pristupu koji namjerava provoditi gospodin Jokić nedostaje 12 (od 20) točaka u programu HNOS-a, i to naročito o prioritetnoj ulozi intenzivnog stručnog osposobljavanja nastavnika (što je nužan preduvjet poboljšanja kvalitete školstva); o ključnoj ulozi temeljnih prirodoslovno-matematičkih znanja (matematike, fizike, kemije, biologije) kao osnove svih inženjerskih, medicinskih, biotehničkih, prirodoslovno-matematičkih, ekonometrijskih i postupno i drugih struka; o potrebi provjerenog svjetskog orjentira (u kombinaciji s konkretnim hrvatskim uvjetima i iskustvima) za što je u HNOS-u predloženo njemačko i austrijsko školstvo; o potrebi uključivanja duhovnih, domoljubnih i moralnih vrijednosti; o negativnim posljedicama koje bi imala prerana izbornost i preširoke mogućnosti izbora što su jasno pokazala inozemna iskustva. 
 
3. Potpuno je nedefinirana koncepcija rasterećenja nastavnih programa od nepotrebne faktografije kao i 'mantra' o devetogodišnjoj obveznoj osnovnoj školi koja nije provediva bez velike perturbacije sustava i materijalnih izdataka. Pri tom uvođenje tzv. ''nultog'' razreda u šestoj godini života djece hendikepira se upravo nadarenu djecu koja su ionako polazila u školu sa šest godina, a sada bi im se obvezno školovanje produžavalo za godinu dana.
 
4. Realizacija Jokićevih zamisli također je ključni problem. Za realizaciju je prvenstveno važna motivacija prosvjetnih djelatnika uz stručno napredovanje prema objektivnim kriterijima njihove uspješnosti i kvalitete, a onda i podizanje kvalitete nastave, pa čak i u okviru postojećih nastavnih programa.

5. Ekipa gospodina Jokića nije nikakva "nestranačka udruga". Sam njen sastav govori o tome da je to SDP-ov projekt jer su u nju uključeni SDP-ovi kadrovi iz Instituta za društvena istraživanja. Napokon upitan je i izbor dra Jokića za voditelja ekspertne skupine, jer on nikad nije poučavao u školi, a i doktorat i jedini znanstveni rad odnose se na tobožnju suprotnost znanosti i vjere. Način na koji je ta skupina imenovana od strane ministra Mornara govori o tome.
 
6. Sastav ekspertnog tima gospodina Jokića, u kojem nema niti jednog matematičara, fizičara, kemičara i biologa, a zastupljeni su psiholozi, pedagozi, sociolozi, filozofi govori o nekompetentnosti istog glede osmišljavanja i provođenja cjelovite kurikularne reforme.
 
7. Gospodin Jokić je u Engleskoj doktorirao na temi utjecaja nastave vjeronauka i znanosti na stavove učenika u osnovnim školama u RH, a već iz samog sadržaja vidi se ideološka obojenost te disertacije, s međusobnim suprotstavljanjem znanosti i religije (prilog ovom pismu).
 
Za zaključiti je da priča o kurikularnoj reformi služi aktualnoj vlasti za promociju, ali s lošim posljedicama po obrazovni sustav.Stoga smo Vas željeli o tome ovim putem informirati, jer smo sigurni da i Vi uočavate važnost i aktualnost ove teme za Hrvatsku. Znanstveno dostignuće Borisa Jokića (Jutarnji list, 7. 2. 2014.): Što su stariji, hrvatski osnovnoškolci su kritičniji prema vjeronauku. Istodobno, umjesto da jača entuzijazam prema prirodnim znanostima, hrvatski obrazovni sustav ga guši, zaključak je knjige Znanost i religija u hrvatskom osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju: dječji stavovi i perspektive dr. Borisa Jokića. Jokić je znanstveni suradnik Instituta za društvena istraživanja, a knjiga je objavljena na engleskom jeziku. Ta nedavno objavljena knjiga prvo je istraživanje u nas koje ispituje stav učenika osnovnih škola prema prirodnim znanostima i vjeronauku."  Izabrao sam znanstveno i religijsko obrazovanje jer te dvije domene zrcale hrvatsko društvo. S jedne strane, religija je, naročito Katolička Crkva, tradicionalno i povijesno povezana s hrvatskom državotvornošću. S druge strane, znanost je ključni pokretač tehnološkog i gospodarskog razvoja." Jokićeva knjiga, velikim dijelom njegov doktorat obranjen na prestižnom Sveučilištu Cambridge, zasniva se na 2,5-godišnjem istraživanju u koje je bilo uključeno oko 500 učenika zagrebačkih osnovnih škola koji pohađaju katolički vjeronauk.

Mlijeko ne šteti zdravlju. Naprotiv!

 
 
Svake godine 1. lipnja diljem svijeta obilježava se Svjetski dan mlijeka. Tako će se i ove godine na svim kontinentima po petnaesti put obilježiti Svjetski dan mlijeka. Od kada je na inicijativu UN-ove Organizacije za hranu i poljoprivredu (FAO) 2001. prvi puta obilježen Svjetski dan mlijeka, svake godine sve više zemalja se pridružuje obilježavanju ovog dana. Obilježavanjem Svjetskog dana mlijeka želi se skrenuti pozornost javnosti na značenje mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda u svakodnevnoj prehrani čovjeka, osobito djece. Prema podatcima FAO-a, proizvodnjom mlijeka bavi se oko 150 milijuna seoskih domaćinstava diljem svijeta, a u zemljama u razvoju najveće značenje u proizvodnji mlijeka imaju upravo mala obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva (OPG-ovi).

Posljednjih 30 godina proizvodnja mlijeka u svijetu povećala se za više od 50 %: s 482 milijuna tona u 1982. na 754 milijuna tona u 2012. Najveći svjetski proizvođač mlijeka je INDIJA koja 'drži' 16% globalne proizvodnje mlijeka, a slijede SAD, Kina, Pakistan i Brazil. Svjetska proizvodnja mlijeka najvećim dijelom potječe od goveda odn. mliječnih krava (83 %), a slijedi mlijeko bivola 13%, koza 2%, ovce 1 %, deva 0,3 % i preostali maleni (u)dio odnosi se na mlijeko jaka, kobila i magarica. U zemljama u razvoju 1/3 proizvedenog mlijeka potječe od bivolica, koza, deva i ovaca, dok u razvijenim državama mlijeko uglavnom potječe od krava.
 
U SAD-u ali i u pojedinim zapadnoeuropskim državama provodi se snažna kampanja protiv svježeg, sirovog kravljeg mlijeka u kojoj se iznose neistine o domaćem svježem, sirovom mlijeku. Cijelu kampanju provode vodeći mediji ('mainstream' mediji) koji doslovno zastrašuju ljude tvrdnjom da je svježe, sirovo mlijeko opasno za ljudsko zdravlje te je ujedno izvor pojave i širenja bolesti uzrokovanih patogenim mikroorganizmima, u prvom redu bakterija. U posljednje vrijeme mlijeko je čak proglašeno i nepoželjnom namirnicom koja šteti ljudskom zdravlju. Ipak, posljednjih petnaest godina u SAD-u nitko nije umro od posljedica pijenja domaćeg svježeg, sirovog mlijeka, ističu stručnjaci. Službeno stajalište 'mainstream' medija je slijedeće: domaće svježe, sirovo mlijeko izravno s farme je opasno, dok je pasterizirano mlijeko iz mliječne industrije sigurno. Međutim, ovu tvrdnju ne potkrjepljuju dostupni i poznati znanstveni podatci.
 
Važno je ovdje svakako istaknuti da konzumiranje svježe, sirove hrane, pa tako i mlijeka, uvijek nosi određeni rizik. No, taj rizik je znatno veći kod konzumiranja svih vrsta mesa i mesnih proizvoda, ističu stručnjaci. Želimo li ovdje uključiti i reakcije/alergije na lijekove, osobito reakcije sa smrtnim ishodom, a lijekove i hranu odobrava američka Uprava za hranu i lijekove (FDA), tada dolazimo do još većeg apsurda. Svakako je potrebno istaknuti i važnost podrijetla mlijeka. Naime, mlijeko s golemih farmi mliječnih krava (amer. CAFO) gdje se golemi broj životinja drži  u vrlo lošim nehigijenskim i nehumanim uvjetima, obavezno se mora termički obraditi, tj. pasterizirati. Konzumiranje mlijeka s takve farme je vrlo rizično i zaista može biti opasno po zdravlje.
 
Mnogi ljudi danas piju domaće svježe, sirovo mlijeko – piju ga iz zdravstvenih razloga ili jednostavno za dobrobit organizma i zdravlja, a to mlijeko dolazi s malih obiteljskih farmi gdje se krave drže humano i hrane se prirodno. Procijenjuje se da danas diljem SAD-a svježe, sirovo mlijeko konzumira između 9 i 15 milijuna ljudi. Točno je da konzumiranje svježeg, sirovog mlijeka može prouzrokovati ozbiljno oboljenje uzrokovano bakterijama kao što je E. coli, Salmonella sp. ili Listeria monocytogenes). No, činjenice ne idu u prilog golemim 'industrijskim' farmama i njihovim sustavima gdje se drže desetci tisuća životinja radi čega je nemoguće održavati visoke standarde higijenskih uvjeta držanja, životinje se ne kreću, ne vide sunca niti sunčevu svjetlost, nema mogućnosti ispaše, hrane se pretežito žitaricama a ne svježom, zelenom travom i/ili sijenom. Upravo u ovim golemim agrosustavima postoje izvrsni uvjeti za pojavu i širenje različitih infekcija i bolesti. Kako bi se to spriječilo, životinjama se svakodnevno u hranu i vodu za piće dodaju antibiotici čije rezidue nalazimo u većini namirnica animalnog podrijetla. To je jedan od glavnih uzroka pojave bakterija rezistentnih na antibiotike radi čega godišnje umire tisuće ljudi. Dr. Ted Beals proveo je 2011. istraživanje koje je pokazalo da postoji čak 35.000 puta veća mogućnost za pojavu bolesti uzrokovane nekom drugom hranom, a ne svježim, sirovim mlijekom. Rezultate ovog istraživanja objavila je poznata zaklada „Weston A. Price Foundation.“

U cijeloj Kanadi i sedam saveznih američkih država zabranjena je prodaja svježeg, sirovog mlijeka, dok su u ostalim američkim državama usvojeni vrlo rigorozni propisi za stavljanje sirovog mlijeka na tržište: čak i najmanja pogrješka može dovesti do dramatičnih racija, sudskog procesa i zatvorske kazne. S druge pak strane, od posljedica nuspojava uzrokovanih lijekovima koje također odobrava FDA, u desetogodišnjem razdoblju umrlo je više od milijun ljudi i to samo diljem SAD-a.
 
Američki stručnjaci, uključujući i one iz humane medicine stoga često navode kako se diljem Europske unije prodaje svježe, sirovo mlijeko putem – mljekomata, a kao države s mljekomatima najčešće se navode Francuska, Hrvatska, Švicarska, Austrija, Nizozemska, Italija i Slovenija. I ono što je najvažnije, ovo mlijeko je zdravo i sigurno. I dok Europska unija ima mljekomate, u pojedinim državama SAD-a vraćaju se – mljekari i dostava mlijeka u staklenim bocama „ravno s farme do kućnog praga.“ Ovaj način dostave mlijeka bio je uobičajen u SAD-u prije više od 50 godina, a sada se VRAĆA na zadovoljstvo mnogih, uključujući i proizvođača staklenih boca za mlijeko koji bilježe kontinuirani rast kako proizvodnje tako i prodaje.
 
Potrošači sve više žele izravan kontakt s proizvođačem hrane – a to je domaći, lokalni proizvođač na malom OPG-u koji osim mlijeka prodaje i druge domaće proizvode (med, meso, domaći maslac, povrće i lavanda bez pesticida, kruh bez glutena itd.), a proizvođači su se i udružili i osnovali „regionalnu mrežu poljoprivrednih prozvođača.“ Prema jednoj stručnoj studiji američkog Sveučilišta Cornell čije rezultate je objavio Centar za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti (CDC), posve je razvidno da su sladoled i sirevi proizvedeni od pasteriziranog mlijeka među prvih 10 („top 10“) prehrambenih proizvoda koji nose najveći rizik za zdravlje čovjeka. Isto tako u razdoblju od 1973. do 2009. registrirano je 1.100 oboljenja uzrokovanih konzumiranjem sirovog mlijeka, dok je u istom razdoblju registrirano 422.000 oboljelih od posljedica konzumiranja pasteriziranog mlijeka. Nitko nije umro od posljedica konzumiranja sirovog mlijeka, dok je najmanje 50 ljudi umrlo od infekcije uzrokovane pasteriziranim mlijekom ili sirom. Tako je na primjer krajem 2013. zabilježeno masovno povlačenje jedne vrste jogurta grčkog tipa s tržišta radi kontaminacije s gljivicom Murcor circinelloides koja je uzrokovala gastrointestinalno oboljenje. Na žalost, mnogo je takvih primjera.....
 
U SAD-u je posljednjih godina poznat jedan slučaj koji se vrlo često ističe. Naime, Max Kane je bio desetogodišnjak kada mu je dijagnosticirana Chronova bolest. No, Kane se uspio izliječiti samo zahvaljujući promjeni načina života i kvalitetnoj prehrani – jede samo domaću, 100% svježu i sirovu hranu, a čak 50 % njegove prehrane čine svježi, sirovi mliječni proizvodi i mlijeko. On je danas jedan od organskih proizvođača mlijeka koji posebno ističe da mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi krava hranjenih prirodnom hranom – svježom, zelenom travom i drugim biljem, osobito krava koje imaju mogućnost ispaše, ima karakterističnu žuto-naranđastu boju koja potječe od karotenoida iz biljaka. To su ujedno najzdraviji mliječni proizvodi kao i samo svježe, sirovo mlijeko.

Stručnjaci su usporedili svježe, sirovo mlijeko s malih OPG-ova sa mlijekom iz golemih agrosustava s intenzivnom proizvodnjom te dokazali da je mlijeko s malih farmi ZDRAVIJE jer:
  • Obiluje neophodnim zdravim bakterijama korisnim za naš gastrointestinalni odn. probavni sustav;
  • Sadrži više od 60 probavnih enzima, faktora rasta i imunoglobulina. No, pasterizacijom se enzimi uništavaju pa je mlijeko teže probavljivo!
  • Obiluje konjugiranom linolnom kiselinom koja ima antikarcinogena svojstva i povoljno utječe na metabolizam;
  • Bogato je zdravim i korisnim aminokiselinama, sirovim mastima i proteinima koji su svi 100 % probavljivi;
  • Sadrži visok udio višestruko nezasićene masne kiseline OMEGA-3 i niski udio omega-6, što je poželjan i koristan omjer između ove dvije esencijalne masne kiseline;
  • Obiluje vitaminima A, B, C, D, E i K te vrlo uravnoteženim sadržajem minerala – kalcija, magnezija, fosfora i željeza čiju apsorpciju potiču živi Lactobacili;
  • Bogato je zdravim i neoksidiranim kolesterolom;
  • Sadrži važan enzim fosfatazu, koja ima određenu ulogu u apsorpciji kalcija u kosti, kao i enzim lipazu koji pomaže u hidrolizi i apsorpciji masti.
Neosporno je i to da pasterizacija mlijeka uništava važne enzime, bitno smanjuje udio vitamina, uzrokuje denaturaciju proteina, uništava vitamine B12 i B6, ubija korisne i nama važne bakterije te utječe na pojavu i razvoj patogena. I na kraju i ja moram istaknuti ono što ističu stručnjaci: domaće svježe, sirovo mlijeko s malih OPG-ova je zdravije i sigurnije za naše zdravlje, jer mora zadovoljavati brojne rigorozne propise koje ne mora zadovoljavati mlijeko s velikih 'industrijskih' farmi.
